I bring clarity to complex work - translating big ideas into actionable strategies, building cultures where people feel seen, and designing programs that are impactful. I carry a deep belief that access and opportunity belong to everyone. As co-founder of Johnson-Walker Education Consulting, I support new and developing educators because when educators grow, communities transform.

Outside of work, I cook to create, connect, and show love to those around me. Lagree keeps me grounded, giving me mental clarity and a practice of growing through discomfort, even on the hard days. Additionally, I serve the community, often without even realizing it because there is always an opportunity to give and remind people they matter.
